The flat cooling system is designed with VRF-VRV system by Daikin air-conditioning. Pre-installed air-conditioning for each room - you only need to supply your prefered air-conditioning unit for fitting to the pre-fitted ducting, wiring and tubing.

Ventilation
|
|
Electric switch-controlled Limodor small ventilators in closed-space premises. Collective extractor in bathroom, toilet and pantry, with wiring for an individual vent in the kitchen (extractor fan not included).

Carbon monoxide exhaust vents in the basement garages.

Low voltage network
|
|
An alarm system is wired into each apartment. You just buy and install just the control units that meet your requirements.

Electric works
|
|
1. inside the apartments: The die-sink adapter is placed above the entrance doors. The copper wires will run in a conduit mounted in a die-sink format. The fittings are white, and are flush with the walls. The adjacent fittings are mounted in a common frame. Wiring runs to a the middle of the ceilings each apartment. There is a separate lamp for the bathroom mirror and for the kitchen counter, & separate connection socket for the washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, lighting, and alarm network controls. The bathrooms and toilets are ventilated through the ventilation relay installed behind the electric switch. All sockets & switches are LeGrand or Gira brand quality.

Three types of lighting are planned in the garage:
|

1 – General fluorescent lamp.
2 – Lights with independent emergency batteries as safety lighting.
3 – Exit indicator lights with independent emergency batteries as safety lighting.

|
Ventilators and ducts remove exhaust fumes from the garage.
|
|
|
|
The staircases are illuminated with a staircase automat. Sensors control lighting on the corridors. Battery-operated exit lamps are sited opposite the lifts, as well as on the corridors & exits on every floor. The lamps have a continuous one-hour battery operation time, & are marked with safety icons.

|
|
Landscaping
|
|
The internal communication routes are covered with stone. The garden has grass lawn, trees, rocks, gravel, stone pavement, and shrubs are planned along the plot borders.

There will be a tranquil infinity pool water feature.
